I started getting this message last night and it continues this morning. What little research I've done seems to indicate that it is not a problem with my system, but with Comcast. Please advise

Hi. I spent most of the day trying various things to resolve this same problem. Obviously nothing worked, as the problem was on Comcast's end.

There's a mechanism to prevent flooding the platform. It seems to have miscalculated some values. I've reset the entire database so everyone should be back at zero. We'll be reviewing the code to see why this might have happened.
