Not sure of the name of your Xfinity tech on Glenn Circle at 6:00 pm on 3-7-15, but he was most certainly rude and obnoxious. I now have my internet service in owrking order and was waiting for a repair for the service when I saw his truck pull up. While he was walking by my deck I inquired about the repair ... which resulted in a nasty response from him.

I am sure he was feeling pressure to get the job done in order to move to the next, but his attitude was not anything you (or I) would wish to receive. I trust you will know who this tech was and will have a conversation about his attitude and what he is should be presenting as a representative of your company.
