I'm moving to an area where comcast is unavailable as an internet sercice provider.  What happpens to my comcast address, my comcast mail box, etc., when i use a non-comsast isp??

When you cancel Comcast you lose everything.

If you have mail you want to keep and you use Xfinity Connect (online email access) there is a way to keep the mail by installing an email client (3rd party program such as Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird, etc).  If this is something you don't use and would like to let us know and we can give you more information.

Setup a free email account with any one of the many available, Google, Outlook, Yahoo, etc...

No matter which ISP you use, you will always have the same email address.
