comcast changed their format and of course messed things up and now I cannot print out my work as it was before - half of it is off the page and the fonts are so tiny --

Are you trying to print from the icon in the email toolbar, or from the File menu in your browser?

both - my boss sends the email in a format...when viewing the email it looks fine but when I go to print it (even the print preview) -- its no longer an email, it turns into the format???  The email is all over the place, very tiny letters, etc.  So, I have to forward all my work emails to my yahoo mailbox in order to print them.  This is a total waste of my time

What kind of "format" is this thing in?  There are a number of file types that are not supported by Comcast-----------------------
