I can't see my sent etc ecards in the My Ecards area.  Also, I send the ecards and no one is getting them. I send them to my husband's email address and to my self to no avail.

Try signing into the Plaxo website and try it from there.  Use your Comcast ID and password, and once on the landing page you will see the eCard icon in the toolbar.

Thank you for your rely.  However, I have talked to Plaxo support, comcast support to no avail.  I have also tried using plaxo"s website.  I did not experience any problems until I paid for the subscription.   Using the free ecards things ran smoothly. thanks again.

I used to use it once in a while.  But at some point in the next several months, everyone will be migrated to the new email format.  The new one doesn't have the eCard feature as the address book in it is not from Plaxo.
