open existing folder, create new folder

open existing folder, create new folder

I am only able to move emails to existing folders. There is no way I see, to open existing folders or create new ones.

What happens if you click on a folder?  Does it not open or what?  Are you still on the old email format, or the new one?

None of my folders will open. I am on the new email format. Everything changed on the new email format.

The only way I can even see my folders is to open "move folder". Obviously this doesn't let me open any of them.

They are not shown on the left side of the screen as in the past.

Problem solved.
Didn't see "open folder" and "close folder" at bottom left corner of screen.
Thanks very much!
