Re: older emaila

From the Inbox, RIGHT CLICK on tgecTrash a Folder, then click on Recover deleted email.  A window will open showing all emails that can still be recovered.

Highlight any you find that you want back, then click on the small green arrow on the top left of the window.

A new window opens, allowing you to move those highlighted emails back to your Inbix.

Re: older emaila

How are your Deletion schedules set?  To check, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>>>Email>>>>>>>Email Deletion Schedule.  Does that account for the missing emails?

Or, do you have the account enabled on another computer using an email client, or on a smartphone or tablet?  Because with any of those, their settings will override your Comcast settings, and the other device may be downloading and then deleting the messages from the server.

Re: older emaila

This is exactly my question, but I don't see a "preferences" option in the inbox page or when I right-click on "Inbox." I don't see the option in "Settings" either. Thanks for any help you can give!

Please post your question in a new thread.  I'm closing this one since it's over a year and a half old.
