Can I access older emails?  If so, how?

Re: old emails

Can you clarify-------are you not seeing them in whatever folder you are looking at?  Do you mean deleted emails or what?

Re: old emails

I have a similar issue. I view Comcast email on a browser. I woke up this morning and discovered two things: 1) Comcast had changed the look and functionality of email and 2) all my previous emails and my entire address book were missing, or at any rate not accessible by me. I've received and sent email normally today, but anything older than today is still missing. I guess the address book must still exist somewhere, because Comcast has been sending out on its own completely unauthorized Change of Address notices to apparently random contacts in my address book. These notices don't show up in my sent mail folder; I only know about the ones that bounce from an obsolete address or receive a bemused reply from my contact. I can't believer Comcast thinks it's smart policy to embarrass its users this way.

I'm escalating your post to the forum admins for follow-up.. You can't fix this yourself.
