oauth link when accessing email

Using Firefox, when trying to access my comcast email, instead of email it sometimes brings up a link to oauth.xfinity.co./oauth and a blank screen.  If I try a second time, it usual works but again it sometimes goes to oauth...

Re: oauth link when accessing email

Try clearing your history/cache in Firefox.  Also, are you using the most current version?  FF is now up to v57.

2 Questions:

1. How do I clear theHistory/Cache?

2. How can I find my Firefox Version Number?

See here for clearing cache/history----------------

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-browsing-search-download-history-firefox

To see the version, click on Firefox in the menu bar and then "About Firefox".  They are up to v57.0.1 right now.
