Are you still in the old email format or the new one?  To tell, look at the URL in the address bar.  If it says Zimbra you are in the old one, if it says Appsuite you are in the new one.  How are you accessing your email?

Did you try clicking on the Sent folder in the left folders pane?

I've checked in the sent folder & am having the same problem. I need to CC myself to the sent emails so they show up in my inbox and I know they sent.
