not receiving mass emails from school district

Since January 12th, I have not been able to recieve any of the weekly updates from our school district.  I am sure they use a service to send out hundreds- or thousands- together.  I am still receiving individual messages from teachers etc.  They say it is a comcast issue as all of my information is correct on their side and it is happening from more than one school.

Are the messages in your Spam folder in webmail? If not, check your Spam settings. Make sure that "Enable spam filtering" and "Save a copy of emails marked as spam" are both selected (see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience).


If the settings are correct and an employee doesn't take care of this for you here, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.

Thanks for the number.  The messages are not in the spam folder and I do have those settings.  I'll give a call if I don't hear anything else.
