not receiving emails

not receiving emails

I can not recieve any emails. I can send but can not recieve. I have checked my settings and do not see any reason for not reciviing emails.  I had to buy a new computer after I downloaded windows 10. That's when I started having problems. However I am having the same problem with the new computer.

Your "Safe List" is enabled.  Go into your Preferences and disable this if you didn't intend to use it.
