not receiving emails from Shutterfly @sfly.com

not receiving emails from Shutterfly @sfly.com

Couple months ago I stopped receiving emails from anything to do with forums/message boards from Shutterfly, which schools groups use for communication, so anything that ends in @sfly.com 

I have called customer support with no resolution, I do not have filters for spam set up.

Any idea of what to do?

Call Comcast security to see if there is a blocking issue for that domain---------------------------
