Gold Problem Solver

Re: not receiving email

Perhaps the missing messages are considered spam and are being delivered to your Xfinity Connect webmail Spam folder. If "Spam Filtering" is turned on in My Account / Users & Preferences / (userid) / Email Settings, then "Save a copy of emails marked as spam" should be checked as well. If it is not, spam email will be discarded.

Is the sender getting a bounce message?

If your account is configured to save copies of spam emails, but the missing messages are not in the Spam folder, and the sender is not receiving a bounce message, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help you. Call them at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/dedicated-support/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.

Re: not receiving email

Myke, this should be resolved.  Please audit your mailing lists, some of your recipients are reporting your messages as spam.
