not receiving certain emails

I can't receive emails that are being sent by a university.  I seem to get all other emails.  I had the university send it to my husbands email and he forwarded it to me, and I still didnt get it

Did you check to see if they are going to your Spam folder?  If it's not that, I would suggest you call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain--------------------------
