not receiving certain emails

not receiving certain emails

I have a problem not receiving emails from one sender.   Nothing goes to my spam folder. All other emails I receive. I have gone so far as to have someone who has availability to the same sender attach  the senders email and forward to me. I never receive it. I have no problem however receiving emails from that party  w/o the attachment.  What's happenning is beyond me and I get no help from the Comcast representative nor the problem sender.

Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue with that sender's domain or address------------------------
