not all emails are not being delivered

Not all or evem most, but some emails are not being delivered to my home computer, but all emails are being delivered to my iphone(6)? Both accounts are the same through my Comcast account and settings. My home computer which is missing regular family emails is not sending them to anyother folder like spam, trash, icloud, archive or anywhere else. There just not there??? Any idea whats going on, or how I can fix it???

Recheck your iphone settings and make sure it is set to leave copies of messages on the server.


Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
