new webmail stinks - since the "upgrade" i've lost all sent mail prior to 9/22, haven't received any email for the past 4 days until today - who ever launched this release should be fired

If you send yourself an email from some other email account you have like Yahoo or Gmail or something, does it go through OK?  If not do you get a bounce message in the other account?  Also, check to see if your Safe List has become enabled;  from the Inbox page, click on the gear icon, then on Settings>>>>>Mail>>>>>Advanced Settings.  See if the Safe list is on.  If it is, disable it, as nothing will get to your Inbox except contacts you put on that list.  As for the missing emails, call Comcast security and ask them to look at the account.  They might be able to recover them for you-----------------
