Please provide all details of the problem you are having.  Answer these questions too, please.

 

What do you  use for Email.  XfinitybConnect, a different email program  ( which one & version?)

Do yiu use a smartphone or tablet?

 

What happens when you sign in with your username and password, and then click on Email?

 

Are you getting any error messages?  If so, copy/ paste the entire error message in your reply.

What happens if you try sending an  email to yourself?  Do yiu receive it?

 

 

Which browser/versions?  Dud you clear your cache?

 

can you not send OR  Receive?  Post back.

 

NOTE:THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH EMAIL YESTERDAY, BUT I BELIEVE THAT WAS FIXED.  SEE posts  MADE BY COMCASTJORDAN..

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
