my mail identifies as Comcast

When I send emails, they often identify the sender as Comcast rather than my email address. The same happens consistently when I forward emails. We have contacted customer service twice and the problem persists.

X go to tge Inbox, click on Preferences> Email.  See if tge From field has your name,  if not, change it.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Hello CCCarole.  We did the tge From change on the last call to Comcast customer support. Doing so has reduced the instances of the problem somewhat but has not eliminated it altogether. I use Xfinity Connect, the Full version.  I don't use an email client.  I have an iPhone. I use Firefox as a brower. The browser cache is set to clear automatically. My main computer uses XP Professional. Any help you can provide is appreciated.
