my error on an email

Why would i get this message when sending an email to another comcast user?

 

This is the mail system at host smtp4.phx.move.com.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

The mail system

<babiwood@comcast.net>: delivery temporarily suspended: host
mx1.comcast.net[96.114.157.80] refused to talk to me: 554
resimta-po-05v.sys.comcast.net comcast 206.131.184.1 Comcast requires that
all mail servers must have a PTR record with a valid Reverse DNS entry.
Currently your mail server does not fill that requirement. For more
