For about the last month i have been having trouble with my email. When i first log in and check my email i can see all the new email in order as it should be. If I check one single email and go back into my inbox they are all jumbled and the new email is not in sight. Now if I log out and resign in they are all back until i read the next email. its crazy to have to do that over and over again. I called comcast 2 times today and the 2 guys whom barely spoke english and seemed very uninformed with the comcast operating system were no help. Does anyone else have this problem
In the Inbox page, look for "View" in the toolbar above the message list. Check to make sure it's set to "By Message" instead of "By Conversation". Does that help?
OK next step is to set your sorting option. At the top of the message list you should see "Sort by: xxxxx" Put your mouse pointer in the grey area to the right of that and right-click it. You will see this--------------------------
Choose the option you want to use as a criteria.
Are you on a desktop or laptop computer? If so are you using only the Comcast webmail interface? Or are you using an email client like Outlook, Thunderbird or Windows Mail?
