my email account was hacked.

my email account was hacked.

email account hacked last week. non-sense emails sent out to family/friends. have not received email since then nor have I been able to access the account. called customer service and they have no record of my email address that I have had for at least 12 years

if by CSA you mean customer service, I tried and they were no help. no record of me ever having an email account!

CSA =Customer Security Assurance (see https://constantguard.xfinity.com/help/ ). This is not the same as regular customer service.

But the first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If you encounter this, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory resolution.
