Please copy/paste the complete error message you are receiving in your reply.  Do NOT include your email address when you copy, delete that part.  The complete error message will help us to determine the problem and how to fix it.

 

Verify that the email address you are sending to does not contain any typoes, extra characters,etc.

 

Are you using only XfinityConnect, or do you also use another email program, or device?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
