movinbg my email address to another comcast account

I recently established a new comcast account at a new physical address. The account at my old address is still active. I'd like to move my email address to the new account but don't want to risk loosing the address I've had for quite some time. How do i move the email address to the new account?

Call Comcast security, they should be able to help with this---------------------

OK, thanks for the number, I'll give them a call.

 

For  my edification; Is there an index of Comcast department phone numbers published on their home page somewhere?

Not that I've ever seen.  You have to call the general number on your bill and then hope to get routed to the right place.  The security number I posted is one we use frequently here in the forums.
