missing email

I logged in to access an important email from my attorney, only to find that it is missing.  i did not delete it.  all of the comcast emails are still there, but this critical email is missing.  how do i get this back?

Assuming you are using Xfinity Connect's FULL version.

Right click on thecTrash Folder, then click on recover Deleted email messages. A new window will open showing the past couple of weeks of emails. Highlight the one you want to recover, then click on the small green arrow on the top left side of that window. A new window will open where you can then move that email back to your Inbox.

Note: If only that one email is missing and you know you did not accidentally delete it, I would suggest that you immediately change your password.
