I have recently noticed an "unwanted" folder added to my email boxes....  I NEVER added this folder and now lots of my emails are going into it and I never see them!!!!!    How do I get rid of it and why does it keep on showing up????     How do my emails keep going into it without my knowledge?

It is very frustrating to keep missing important emails!!!!

Do you use Outlook?  Do you also have the account enabled on a Samsung device?  See if this applies to you----------------

It's happened before (I assume you're using webmail):  http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Email-Web-Browsing/Some-of-my-emails-are-going-in-to-quot-unwanted-quo...

As you can see, lots of discussion and speculation, but it doesn't look like it was resolved.  And it doesn't hit everyone;  you're apparently one of the "lucky" ones.
