lost folder information

I did not like th folders in gmail and Outlook.com so I started to use Comcast's folders as they seem user friendly. To my surprise the folder labeled 1099's is empty and I KNOW I did not do that.

Is this a common occurence? Can the folder information/contents be retreived; the inormation is important?

Re: lost folder information

Look to the left of the folder for a small black arrowhead.  If you can see it click on it.   Do the emails reappear?

Re: lost folder information

I am having the same problem.  And no, the little black down arrow does not bring them back.  How do I get my folders and the contents back?

In your case, Comcast Customer Security Assurance-------------------
