is there a set up disk for windows xp available

decided to get the old computer out of the closet and set it up again! Can't get it to conect to the internet.

You know that Microsoft has ceased all support and updates for any XP systems?  Not even Security Updates at this point.  Additionally, MIcrosoft has recently announced that only IE 11 will receive support and updates as well....   it woud be in your best interest to NOT use an Xp machine for your primary interet use.  As far as a set-up CD, you will need to look locally to a Computer Support business or possibly friends that may still have one....
