iPhone 6 (Software update 9.2.1) Problem with Comcast email setup in POP

Hello - I have been trying to setup my iphone 6 mail in my settings for POP and had incredible trouble.

 

Name: First Last

email:  firstlast@comcast.net

Description: Ruthie's comcast

INCOMING:

Host Name:  mail.comcast.net

User Name:  firstlast

Password:  ____

OUTGOING:

host name:  smtp.comcast.net

Username: firstlast

Passwod:  ____

Use SSL: YES

Authentication: Password

Server Port: 587

 

I am able to send emails, but I am not receiving any emails on my phone.  

 

Can you help me?
