i have an account for my email with xfinity, comcast. i read my email, then closed it, now cannot find how to access it again.

i have an account for my email with xfinity, comcast. i read my email, then closed it, now cannot find how to access it again.

I have Comcast email, xfinity, I was able to read my email on my new pad, I closed the site and now cannot find where the icon is to open it again.

Do you have your iPad set to leave copies if your email on the Comcast server?  If not, it is deleted from Xfinity Connect.

To find email on the iPad, click in the MAIL  icon on the iPad, Then on  ALL MAIL BOXES.

 

Also check your Email settings on your iPad.  Go to Mail, Contacts,Calendars and click.  Scroll down to ASK BEFORE DELETING, and makevsurevtyevbutton is NOT green.  If on, click the button to shut it off.
