i am not receiving email messages from @bncollege.com

I am not receiving email messages from @bncollege.com.  I added the contact to my address book to be sure that it wasn't going to my spam or junk folder.  I contacted bncollege directly, and they specifically said Comcast may block their emails.  Is there something I can do on my end to get these messages?

Comcast doesn't scan your address book to see if your recipient is in it.  There may be a blocking issue for that domain.  If so Comcast security should be able to sort it out for you-------------------
