First you have to export the contacts from the iCloud account to your computer.  It gets a bit involved since iCloud only allows you to export using the vCard format, where most people I think use the  .csv file format.  Here is a video I found that's about 3 1/2 years old.  The iCloud contacts page looks different now, and the gear icon the narrator refers to is now located at the bottomleft corner of the screen-------------------------

Once you have done the export, you would then sign into your Comcast account, navigate to the email Inbox page, and click on Address Book.  On the landing page click on "Build your Address Book".  Then click on "Import" on the next page, and then on the vCard icon.  On the next page you are   prompted to fetch the file from your computer.  If you prefer to use .csv, the video addresses that.  You would need to convert the file using 3rd party software like the one referred to in the video.
