Also, I now have my contacts dialogue box popping up when I am trying to send e-mail in comcast and I don't know why. Can someone explain?

Assuming you are using the default Full version of Xfinity Connect, from the Inbox page go to Address Book>>>>>Build Your Address Book>>>>>>Import>>>>>AOL is one of the pre-set icons.  Click on that and then follow the prompts.

What dialogue box are you referring to?

Re: how do I input address book from aol?

Is it prompting you to use a valid file extension?  The address book is provided by a company called Plaxo.  You can go directly to their website using your Comcast user ID and password to sign in---------------

https://www.plaxo.com/auth?secure=1

Once you can see your account click on the gear icon and you will see Import and Export in the list of options.  Go from there and try doing the Import from AOL.
