How can I get rid of permanent "attachments" heading on email "compose" form because this gives email recipient full access to my computer files.

It just looks that way. The "Attachments" link isn't sent with your email and doesn't attach anything unless you use it to select files you want to send. Try it -- send a test message to yourself and you'll see that the link is not present in the received email.

 

It's a very poor user interface design, but harmless otherwise.

Actually, the "attachment" heading DOES send everything to the email recipient automatically: my name, address, pic files, contacts, all file folders, etc.

If it did, the message would be many gigabytes in size, or roughly 1,000 times bigger than the email servers can handle. What you are describing simply isn't possible.
