getting emails twice

I'm not very tech savvy. When I got my android HTC, every email from my primary address on my PC  goes to the SP. I'm having to delete twice. I know it's the push of a button or two but I don't know enough about this SP. Can this be fixed on the PC, android or both. I'm trying to keep from taking it to the cricket store. What my gut tells me is the SP probably under settings...

Don't know what SP stands for?  In your phone settings there should be a setting to remove emails from the Comcast server after downloading to your phone.  Look for it in your phone email settings.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
