folder is locking up system

folder is locking up system

created a folder and now it stalls and never opens.  The title is to long, but cannot rename it as it freezes up the system, any solutions

If you right-click on the folder do you get the usual menu?  Did you try to delete it?  Here are some things to try------------------

 

First, sign out of the account.  Then clear cache and history in your browser.  Next, close out the browser and reopen it in a fresh session.  Open a private browsing session.  Then sign back into the Comcast account.

 

Then try to either rename or delete the folder.
