flooded wth spam

wuthun the last two weeks I had my service moved to a new location, which as most know is like getting new service . I have had Comcast xfinity for years and have had it for two years before moving,  I was never bothered by spam.  With this move, I am getting flooded with spam and most of them come in having my exfinity log in name as the source,  Is this a breech of  Comcasts privacy policy or a means of Comcast king more money?  Is there anything I can do about it other than designatingtthem as spam?

Re: flooded wth spam

Comcast doesn't sell or trade your information.  It sounds like you just got onto one or more spammer's lists.  There are a lot of ways that can happen.  You should find these short articles of interest----------------------
