I can't get into my email address section
Hello dg6, are you getting this error while trying to sign into your app or are you trying to sign in online through the website?
I am having the same problem. Haven't been able to get into my address book for 2 days. 403 errror, could not sign user in. I had been a Plaxo user and they of course ended service on 12/31.

I can help you get this error cleared up as well, can you please tell me if you see the error on the app or on the website? Also do you have any issues with signing into any of our other apps? Can you sign in online to view your bill?
I am also getting the same error message when trying to access my address book. Is there a resolution to this. I called comcast technical support and they were still trying to resolve the issue. Its been 3 days now. Please help....

Are you using a third party email client like (outlook) to send or receive mail? Can you send and receive mail?
I'm am getting exactly the same message. I spent over 2 hrs with Xfinity chat and no resolution. They had me reset so many things it took hours to recover all of my logins and useful cookies. It sounds as if Xfinity has a known problem and doesn't know how to fix it. BTW, I'm running Google Chrome with Windows10. It doesn't work in IE either.

I can't get into my email address section
I have had the same problem for several days. In a chat I was told that a Higher Fix Team member would get back to me, but that has not happened. Trying different internet providers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge) has had no effect. I am cut off from my address book.
