emailtool and support tools don't work

emailtool and support tools don't work

the emailtool autosaves my emails hostage to the drafts

folder where I can't edit them because no matter which

browser I am using "Browser blocking popups", I don't have

any popups but xfinity does,  Then I can't move the emails

from the drafts folder to a place where they can be edited.

Message cannot be moved from drafts folder

This is a piece of rubbish.  Today, I  got my email back w.

html code embedded/  The timing of the email thefts are

conspicuous. Xfinity is stealing my emails, spying on me and

wasting my time trying to recover my own content.  Comcast

support refers me to this site where they asked for a user\name

i give them one then i get access denied.

I'm not sure I follow exactly what you're saying, but I think you're having a problem editing a draft email.  There is no reason to move an email out of Drafts to edit, whether it was auto saved or manually saved.

From the Drafts folder, double click on the draft email you want to edit.  When it opens you should see this on the right side of the email:

draft edit.JPG

Just click on Edit and you should be able to edit your email with no problem; the draft will open and then you should see the Send button at the bottom left of the email.

Obviously I can read and responded to your post.  If the directions I gave you don't work after trying them, then say so, but there's no reason to be rude about it.

Which version of email are you using?  appsuite or zimbra?

Try clearing your cookies and cache.  Post back [politely] if that doesn't help.

Re: emailtool and support tools don't work

Would you mind answering my questions, please?

Are you on the new or the old version of webmail?

Have you cleared your cookies and cache?

What browser are you using?

No, I am not new, and I'm not an employee.  And, once more, there is no reason to be rude.

Re: emailtool and support tools don't work

sorry about being rude but I thought u were a professional thanks for the help, I did purge the areas u mentioned it doesn't matter which browser mozilla, chrome IExplorer, and I presume it is the latest emailtool.  Clearing those areas works for a session...but then goes back 2 a inaccessible black hole.

thks

It's okay, I'm still hanging in with you.  Smiley Wink

This is definitely perplexing, but it being looked into as to why it is happening.  However, I'm going to escalate it from this point and hopefully we'll get some answers.

Oh, and just to clarify [for me], you did go back and re-check that one box, correct?

Hi,  sfcrime - Your email is still on our old Zimbra platform. Are you having issues with drafts only? Please send me a private message with your full name and phone number associated with your account. I will need this information for the further escalation.
