emails not being received

emails not being received

I have received several complaints that people are not receiving my emails but yet I am showing that they are being sent out with no problem.  I run a landscaping company and it is imperative that my potential clients along with current customers receive my emails immediately.  

 

Can I track if they are being received and opened or put in a spam folder?

Most likely they are being blocked as spam.  Also, Bcc an email to yourself from that email address, do you receive it?

 

Do you have a Business or Residential COMCAST account?



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
