emails disappeared

emails disappeared

I saw two emails come through my Xfinity app on my phone but they disappeared when opening Outlook and now they aren't even on the Comcast email server.

Do you have Outlook set with the account to use POP3?  If so, it will download the email from the server and then delete it.  You need to check that.  There is a setting in Outlook to leave a copy of emails on the server.
