A friends email is now going to unwanted. How to I get it back to going to my inbox?

There is no "unwanted" folder in the Comcast webmail UI.  I will take it to mean the messages are going to the Spam folder?  If so, just keep marking them as "Not Spam" to help "train" the filters.  It could take some time and lots of markings to finally work.
