Emails from Europe, specifically Germany (those addresses ending .de) are arbitrarily being kicked back to senders with an undeliverable message.  I say arbitrary because on, for example, Tuesday, a given sender can successfully email me, and by Thursday be unable to do so.  Is there something in my settings or with Comcast that can remedy this problem?

Emails from other countries can be problematic with Comcast.  You need to call Comcast security and see if they can get it sorted out for you--------------
