today i lost my comcast email connection on my cellphone and computer

i was able to reastablish my phone as i was using ports that care suddenly no longer supported

on my phone i'm using 993 incoming and 587 outgoing which solved my phone problem

 

no such luck on my computer

changing the ports did nothing

i updated my password to a stronger one, still no luck

i don't know what to do next

i have 2 emails that are no longer working

any suggestions will be appreciated

We need better information.  What desktop client are you using on the computer?  Are you getting any error messages when you try to send or recieve messages?  Just what is going on?
