My email folder does not show sent mail

New Poster

Re: email

On the web? Do you get any error? I have been having problems getting into my inbox and sent mail via the web and my email clients is trying very hard to download mails that never come. In short, I think comcast has a problem even though two hours on the phone with them was useless. I did get a ticket started this morning so hopefully they will find the problem and will propagate through the system. In my experience comcast will admit to nothing but will eventually fix the problem . . . and then change something and make a new one.

Can you clarify-------do you mean that you can't see the Sent folder at all, or that it is just empty?  Are you still on the old email format or the new one?

If you are still on the old format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>Composing.  There you will see the option to automatically put a copy in the Sent folder.  Is that box checked?
