Why can I no longer see the original message I sent when I get a reply from someone? I want to be able to see the whole thread as I get responses back.

Re: email

At the top of the message list in the Inbox page, click on "Sort by".  Is Conversation checked?  It's the only other thing I know of that might cause what you are describing.

Re: email

It's possible that the person you are trading messages with has set their preferences to not show the message being replied too.  Some email programs have that capability.  You have that ability in your Comcast email settings.  Of course, maybe they didn't use the Reply button in their toolbar, but rather just sent you a new email.

Re: email

Thank you for responding. I have received numerous emails in the past from the same individuals. I have always been able to see the complete thread. They did not respond as a new message. This is an issue since Xfinity redesigned the email site.

Re: email

That worked.  Thanks for the info.

Re: email

Yes, I think that did the trick. I still had to click on message details or some such thing. I think part of the problem is Windows 10 and Edge. Microsoft pushed this on people without having the kinks worked out of it. Not a fan.
