How are you accessing your email?  Are you on a computer using the webmail interface, or a desktop client like Outlook or Mac Mail?  Have you tried sending yourself an email from some non-comcast email account you have like Yahoo or something?  Also, check your Safe List to see if it's become enabled;  from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>Email>>>>>Email Safe List.  If it's on, nothing will get to your Inbox except from contacts you have on that list.  Disable it.
