In Email Preferences in Xfinity Connect website and in 'Composing' section, checking 'Save a copy in Sent Folder' still leaves me with nothing in the Sent folder. I use Outlook to Send - is that why nothing is populated in Sent? Fix?

Preferences in webmail don't transfer to email clients.  If you compose in webmail and send from there, the email will be saved in the Sent folder.  If you compose and send in Outlook, and have it set up to save in the Sent folder, the email will be saved there.
