I am not receiving my email.  What is the problem?

Are you sing Xfinity Connect for email?  If you send a test message to yourself, do you receive it?  Do you use any other devices such as a smartphone or tablet, or another email program as well?

Which browser/version are you using?  Did you clear your browser cache, close, and then re-open your browser?  Have you tried a different browser?

 

Note:  There have been some recent issues with email getting through that Comcast is aware of and working on a fix.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
